Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy All consultations must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. As each session is personalised and time is set aside specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to prepare for your session and offer the slot to another client. If you provide more than 48 hours’ notice, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment or request a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment time are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, this will be treated as a missed session and is non-refundable. Due to the nature of the service, consultations are also non-refundable once they have taken place. I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience exceptional circumstances, please do get in touch - I will always aim to approach these situations with fairness and understanding where possible. By booking a consultation, you are agreeing to this cancellation and refund policy.
