If you’re based in Berkshire and would prefer meeting in person, I offer face-to-face dietitian appointments from clinic rooms in Windsor and Maidenhead.

These sessions provide a calm, private space to talk through your symptoms, your concerns, and your goals - with personalised, evidence-based guidance that fits your real life.

Online

If you’re based elsewhere in the UK - or simply prefer the flexibility of home - online consultations offer the same personalised, evidence-based support via secure video call.

You’ll receive practical strategies, clear action steps and ongoing guidance to help you manage your symptoms confidently - without restrictive dieting or overwhelm.

I offer online consultations across the UK, as well as in-person dietitian appointments in Windsor and Maidenhead for clients based in Berkshire who would prefer face-to-face support.
