Hi, I’m Jodie Relf

A registered dietitian specialised in working with individuals with pcos 

As someone who also lives with PCOS, I firsthand understand the challenges of navigating through the often inadequate advice and information available. My mission is to provide education and empowerment to individuals with PCOS, offering practical, non-diet advice to support them on their journey to reclaiming confidence.

For the past five years, I've dedicated my efforts to working with individuals with PCOS, guiding them in eliminating symptoms, regaining confidence, and helping them live a life they love despite the challenges of PCOS.
