Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms: • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or appointments where you fail to attend at the scheduled time will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund. • If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full appointment fee remains payable. • Payment must be received before your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken place. • Programme, package and consultation fees are non-refundable. If you choose not to continue after purchasing a programme or package, refunds will not be provided for unused sessions. • Unused consultations included within a programme or package cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Sessions must be used within the timeframe specified for your programme unless otherwise agreed. • It is your responsibility to attend appointments, complete any requested forms, and provide accurate and up-to-date health information relevant to your care. • Recommendations provided are based on the information available at the time of consultation and are intended to support, not replace, advice provided by your GP, consultant or other healthcare professionals. • Email and message support is intended for brief questions relating to your programme and is not monitored continuously. If you require urgent medical advice, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate. • All personal information shared during consultations will be handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. • The PCOS Dietitian reserves the right to amend appointment times, fees, services and policies, providing reasonable notice where possible. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy.
