Overnight Oats

This is the perfect grab and go breakfast for those who are short on time in the mornings.

Ingredients to make oats

I love the versatility of this breakfast. Simply make the base and add any topping of your choice in the morning. What's more, you can even make a big enough batch to have a few breakfasts ready for the week ahead.



Overnight Oats


Ingredients


  • ½ cup uncooked oats

  • ½ cup milk of your choice

  • ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tsp honey

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence


Toppings:

  • Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1/2 cup raspberries


Directions


  1. Mix all the ingredients (except topping) in a container that can be sealed and stored in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning remove your soaked oats from the fridge and add your choice of toppings.
