This is the perfect grab and go breakfast for those who are short on time in the mornings.

I love the versatility of this breakfast. Simply make the base and add any topping of your choice in the morning. What's more, you can even make a big enough batch to have a few breakfasts ready for the week ahead.
Overnight Oats
Ingredients
½ cup uncooked oats
½ cup milk of your choice
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tsp honey
¼ teaspoon vanilla essence
Toppings:
Cinnamon
1 tsp nut butter
1/2 cup raspberries
Directions
Mix all the ingredients (except topping) in a container that can be sealed and stored in the fridge overnight.
In the morning remove your soaked oats from the fridge and add your choice of toppings.
